This tee is inspired by a 1920s sock, which was patterned with this green and yellow stripe. We reproduced the original pattern on this shrunken tee shirt, made of a silky cotton/rayon blend. The “Manchester-by-the-Sea” design is flocked, a decorative process in which tiny fibers are dusted over adhesive to create a velvety texture.
